With grateful hearts we bow, and at the same time repent for our mistakes and imperfections \u2013 before the beauty and generosity of Heaven, Nature, and the Moon Goddess <span class=\"s2\"><b>Chang\u2019E<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Amidst hundreds of pumpkins, we will gather on the Lotus Qi Field to practice together, recite mantras, enjoy pumpkin soup and Lotus tea, and absorb the special energies of fire and the autumn full moon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You are welcome to bring your families to this special celebration, so that they too may be richly blessed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">\ud83c\udf38 <\/span><b>Welcome at 6:00 PM at the World Lotus Center!<\/b><span class=\"s3\"> \ud83c\udf38<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Please bring flowers, fruit, round cakes (e.g. mooncakes), pastries, nuts, or sweets if possible. Everything will be blessed by Sifu and infused with the auspicious energies of the full moon to strengthen our Qi, our health, and our holistic consciousness.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>The Meaning of the Moon Festival \u2013 Grandmaster WEI LING YI explains:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cSymbolically, the Moon Goddess Chang\u2019E scatters flowers, seeds, and sacred, fertile dew drops upon the earth to bless a bountiful harvest. In connection and gratitude, people come together to celebrate, to enjoy the beauty of the moon and the mooncakes.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">Sifu will bestow the <\/span><b>Full Moon Energy Transmission<\/b><span class=\"s3\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cMay a lotus blossom and unfold its perfect beauty,<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">so that all flowers in the world may bloom.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">May all people enjoy the full moon and shine in perfection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">May the earth preserve its beauty \u2013<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">and may PEACE come to the world!\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Preparation Notes:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The setup with hundreds of pumpkins begins Monday morning and should be completed by 4:00 PM. Together we will decorate the World Lotus Center and prepare it for the arrival of Chang\u2019E, so that a wonderful interaction may unfold.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Please wear warm, clean, and light-colored clothing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Heartfelt donations are welcome.
