The YiXue practice of sitting on the lotus is one of the most important cultivation methods in the Great Lotus System for entering into the stillness and natural immersion of emptiness. The connection to the soul and cosmic world opens so that we can receive healing energies and information for holistic development. We will start the seminar on Friday 26 March at 4pm. See below for further programme times.<\/p>\n

The Seminar\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For all of us it is a completely new situation that we can participate in the meditation seminar Sitting on the Lotus from home. In order to build up the common energy field and to deepen the effect at home, it is desirable that we focus inwards the whole weekend and speak as little as possible. For the effect it is also useful to avoid distractions such as television, shopping, long phone calls etc.. In this way, our soul and its luminous power within us can come into effect and support us best.<\/p>\n

We ask that all participants attend all seminar times if possible. The following items are needed for the seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. for protection against cold and wind: a cloak – red and at least 3 m long to cover the whole body. The colour red protects us agains tnegative Qi.<\/li>\n
  2. YiXue rice bag(tapping technique fordischarge and energy build-up) for\u00a0online group\u00a0practice. New participants can tap with their fists or order a rice bag (36 Euro)\u00a0from\u00a0the YiXue education centre, mail address:\u00a0lotusshop@yixue.de<\/u>.<\/li>\n
  3. a scarf (any colour) to wear during the lectures of Wei Ling Yi; initiated YiXue students ( DiZis) are asked to wear their cultivation scarf.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Voice volume of the English Interpretation:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Because of the technique of ZOOMs interpretation system, the volume of Sifu Wei\u00a0Ling Yi\u2019s voice will be low when choosing the English interpretation, but theinterpreters voice will be clearly audible.<\/p>\n

    Quality of interpretation:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
