**100 Children Gong** – a holistic movement form from the Great Lotus System \u2013 a YiXue basic seminar for all interested individuals, for beginners & advanced practitioners of all ages.<\/strong><\/p>\n

**TOPIC:**<\/span><\/strong> “Returning to the natural state of childhood with a child\u2019s heart and joy.”<\/p>\n

**EFFECT:** 100<\/span><\/strong> Children Gong offers both beginners and experienced Lotus practitioners the opportunity to permanently raise their energy levels and follow the path of spirituality. Lotus Master Wei Ling Yi will guide and teach us to relearn or refresh the healing movements of 100 Children Gong, enabling us to consciously focus, move, and heal our Qi.<\/p>\n

**SEMINAR CONTENT:**<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

How can we regain our former childlike purity, flexibility, permeability, and joy? In this seminar, Lotus Master Wei Ling Yi will teach us how to return to the natural state of a child to find the truth and experience the true meaning of the movement form 100 Children Gong (Bai Tong Gong).<\/p>\n

With the following words, Sifu Wei Ling Yi introduces the intensive seminar:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Naturally, every person has a pure, childlike heart. If we wish to return to this state, it takes only ONE THOUGHT. If it is pure and truthful, it is immediately possible to unite with the original SPIRIT and become ONE with the childlike state of purity and joy.<\/p>\n

Childlike joy is so pure and full of Qi that it allows us to feel like a child\u2014carefree and free. A great quality that enables a long life. Childlike joy is the essence of all of us and the root of all beings. Those who live with a childlike heart are balanced in the soul and embody pure human qualities.<\/p>\n

By regularly practicing 100 Children Gong, we can cultivate our childlike joy and natural BEING. Therefore, this method is a proven way to develop and preserve a healthy, permeable, and happy long life. Through consistent practice, we can develop a calm, balanced child\u2019s heart, which also offers the possibility of freeing ourselves from worries and problems. In the cultivation of the child\u2019s heart and body lies great potential for a long, healthy life.”<\/p>\n
