In this exchange, we are nourished by food, the air, sunlight, water, plants, animals \u2026 In traditional Chinese practices of life cultivation, people began exploring the connection between Qi and food at an early stage: When, through our cultivation, our diet gradually becomes lighter and less abundant, and when body and heart become calm, can we open ourselves to subtler perceptions? Can we learn to sense Qi and light, and experience a deeper connection between our lives, nature, heaven, and earth? Can we nourish, strengthen, and elevate our life energy beyond food?<\/p> <p dir='ltr'>Yi Qi Bi Gu is a special form of fasting that continues to explore precisely these questions and offers us a cultivation practice through which we can come to know our bodies, ourselves, and life more deeply. Sifu Wei Ling Yi taught us the cultivation of \u201cYi Qi\u201d \u2013 the energy of cosmic origin and source \u2013 and introduced us to the practice of Yi Qi Bi Gu fasting. Every experience can, at the same time, become a new encounter with ourselves.<\/p> <\/div> <\/section> <p dir='ltr'>If you like, I can also make this <strong>more elegant and natural for an English-language website or seminar brochure<\/strong>, rather than keeping it close to the German wording.<\/p> <p><span style='color: #ff9900;'><strong>About the Seminar<\/strong><\/span><br \/> <strong>What does Yi Qi Bi Gu mean?<\/strong><br \/> YI QI BI GU is described as a holistic, strengthening form of nutrition and a cultivation method intended to develop and raise awareness of a healthy way of living.<br \/> Literally translated, the Chinese term Bi Gu means \u201cabstaining from grains.\u201d During the half-fasting period, this also includes abstaining from animal products, bread, sugar, and stimulants. We consume only vegetables, fruit, and water.<\/p> <p>In this seminar, we begin with the half-fasting method, which the organizing team will introduce in detail. All further methods, such as water fasting, complete fasting, and \u201clight fasting,\u201d require many years of experience and a more advanced level of holistic development.<\/p> <p><span style='color: #ff9900;'><strong>The Fasting Process<\/strong><\/span><br \/> During the fasting process, the cells experience a lack of food while, at the same time, an increase in vital energy, or Qi. The connection between internal and external energy within the cellular structures is described as a source of bodily energy. According to the YiXue approach, this process enables the effortless transformation of universal energy into the body&#8217;s energetic system.<br \/> The fasting process is supported by exercises intended to absorb energy from nature and the cosmos, as well as exercises intended to release toxins, unhealthy Qi, and negative information.<\/p> <p>Strong feelings of hunger are generally said not to occur. Possible tiredness and discomfort are said to subside after a few days, so that participants generally feel light, free, and energized.<\/p> <p>According to the seminar description, many complaints, pains, and inflammatory conditions may decrease or disappear completely during the fasting period. The seminar is intended as a starting point for a period of fasting that participants may extend beyond the course according to their wishes. Ideally, we should remain relaxed during the fasting period and allow negative or depleted energy, metabolic waste products, and toxins to be released. It is important to get sufficient rest and sleep in order to put the cells into a relaxed state. We should fast in a quiet and peaceful environment that supports stillness and personal cultivation.<\/p> <p><span style='color: #ff9900;'><strong>How Should I Prepare for the Seminar?<\/strong><\/span><br \/> To prepare for the half-fasting seminar, it is recommended that participants avoid meat, alcohol, and stimulants such as sweets for several days beforehand. Coffee and black tea consumption should gradually be reduced beforehand, as should bread and pasta. It is advisable to start eating mainly vegetables and fruit several days before the seminar. It is also recommended to drink plenty of water, preferably hot or warm.<\/p> <p>In the organizers&#8217; opinion, a previous bowel cleanse is not necessary for the half-fasting seminar. We, too, can receive support through this special ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout our lives, we may accumulate experiences and information that weigh heavily on us inwardly and burden our souls. The purpose is not to condemn ourselves, but to acknowledge the past, take responsibility, ask for forgiveness and gradually transform burdensome information in a healing and light-filled direction.<\/p>\n<p>Through the power of our shared intention, energy transmissions, fire and mantras, we can support ourselves in finding inner peace. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Offerings for the Deceased<\/span><\/strong>The quantity of offerings you bring depends on how many requests or wishes you have for your deceased loved ones and for living family members, friends and others. According to the understanding underlying the ceremony, souls and spirits cannot eat the same things that human beings consume.
