A Warm Invitation to the Online Lecture: “With a Childlike Heart and Pure Being”

We warmly invite you and everyone who is interested in children, families, the journey of life, and inner growth to join this inspiring online lecture.

Every child enters this world with a pure, joyful, and vibrant heart. Children are sincere, natural, and full of curiosity. They express themselves openly, trust in life, and encounter the world with wonder and delight.

As we grow older, however, we acquire more knowledge, rely increasingly on our intellect, and take on greater responsibilities. In the process, we often lose some of our naturalness, joy, authenticity, and trust. We become adults and, as a result, are often more vulnerable to worry, tension, comparison, and inner resistance.

Have We Preserved Our Childlike Heart?

We all wish for our children to grow up happy, healthy, and full of confidence. But how often do we ask ourselves: Have we preserved our own childlike heart? True growth does not mean that life has to become complicated. Rather, it means preserving a pure, kind, open, and vibrant heart despite life’s challenges and difficult experiences. From the perspective of YiXue, accompanying children is far more than raising them. It is an expression of profound wisdom about life. Children need more than knowledge alone. They also need a healthy body, emotional stability, strong values, an independent personality, and a heart capable of experiencing love, life, and the world.

Children – A Precious Mirror

For adults, children are also a precious mirror. They reflect our patience, our emotions, and our joy. At the same time, they reveal whether we have preserved our own childlike heart. Often, it is not we who are educating the children; rather, it is the children who help us rediscover ourselves and reconnect with the genuine, joyful, and vibrant person within.

Inspired by the teachings of Grandmaster Wei Ling Yi on the growth of life and the guidance of children, YiXue teachers Wei Na and Lian Yü will share the YiXue perspective in this online lecture and explore the following questions together:

• Why is the childlike heart the greatest treasure of every child—and indeed of every human being?
• How can we preserve and lovingly nurture a child’s innate potential?
• How can parents and grandparents accompany their children and grandchildren with mindfulness, love, and wisdom?

Only when we rediscover our own childlike heart can we truly understand children. And only when we ourselves become joyful, healthy, and loving people can we offer children the best possible environment for their growth and development.
