Practice: Lotus sitting, Lotus greeting, Lotus walking, Lotus standing, Lotus dance

Highlights:

Every day we will visit the meditation hall “Pu Lian Tang” to receive healing Lotus information.

A special day of the seminar is the YiQi BiGuan Retreat — a day of withdrawal without external distractions and a time for insight and realization. It marks the beginning of a new seminar format dedicated to inner contemplation.

Every evening: lectures by Sifu Wei Ling Yi

Daily guidance by the master students LianYü & Wei Na, including talks on cultivation, life, and inner development.

• 3 unopened packs of incense sticks
• 1 yellow candle (approximately 15 x 7 cm)
• Flowers will be arranged collectively in exchange for a donation
• Fruit and sweets for the altars
• White or light-colored clothing for the meditation hall “Pu Lian Tang”
• A yellow or golden cloth (approximately 3 meters long for all-around protection) for Lotus sitting
• Cultivation scarf for initiated students
• Meditation cushion for sitting on the floor
• Warm clothing for outdoor practice sessions
• Slippers
• Thermos flask

In a time that is becoming increasingly fast-paced, complex, and restless, many people begin to ask themselves: What is a truly fulfilling and meaningful life? How can we find inner peace, strength, and freedom?

The Heaven Dao Seminar is more than an ordinary seminar. It is a journey back to ourselves, to our hearts, and to a more conscious way of living. Senior students LianYü and Wei Na will teach together and accompany the participants throughout the seminar. For many years, they have been trained and guided on their cultivation path by Sifu Wei Ling Yi, preparing them to carry the YiXue culture and the path of the “Heaven Dao” into the new era. During this special time of transition, LianYü and Wei Na wish to support people on their path of inner development and cultivation.

During the seminar, we will learn about the wisdom of the heavenly path. Through exercises, meditation practice (“Sitting on the Lotus”), inner reflection, and shared exchange, we gradually develop calmness, clarity, and connection to the body, heart, and soul. We will be guided through teaching videos by Sifu Wei Ling Yi, listening to his wisdom about life, the relationship between nature, humanity, and the cosmos.

Cultivation does not mean escaping from life and daily responsibilities, but rather deepening inner development with mindfulness and awareness. When a person becomes calm, clear, and stable, life begins to change. It becomes lighter, more harmonious, and filled with light. Qi can flow freely.

The YiQi BiGuan Day Retreat

During the seminar, there will be one day in which each participant withdraws into the silence of their own room. We avoid all forms of external stimulation and distraction. We do not speak and turn off our smartphones and computers. Meals are taken in silence.

We come to rest and focus entirely on ourselves. We meditate, practice, and may spend time alone in nature. In silence, we connect with our hearts and souls. We realign our life energy in order to bring body, heart, and soul into unity.

True Heaven Dao cultivation reveals itself in the way we relate wisely to ourselves, to other people, to life, and to Heaven and Earth. All interested participants are warmly welcome.
