The development of children and young people into powerful, confident, and joyful individuals is especially close to Wei Ling Yi’s heart. He established a modern pedagogical approach, the YiXue Zhi Neng Methodology, to support children and young people in developing their health, intelligence, and learning ability, as well as the emotional strength of their hearts. This methodology also prepares and empowers them to face the challenges of our fast-paced society, which is constantly flooded with stimuli and information.
This forward-thinking, holistic pedagogical approach is applied and taught in children’s and family seminars at the YiXue Education Center in Nossen near Dresden, as well as in nationwide workshops at the YiXue School. In a unique way, these seminars help children unfold their full potential, promoting physical health, academic performance, social behavior, and awareness of their own needs and emotions. To ensure lasting positive effects, parents are involved in the seminars from the very beginning.
The YiXue Zhi Neng Methodology is based on the health teachings of life energy Qi, which regulates and strengthens self-healing powers, the immune system, blood, as well as brain activity and nerve pathways. The higher the life energy rises and the better it circulates within the body, the healthier a person becomes. Personal reports and empirical research confirm that the regular practice of the YiXue Zhi Neng Methodology has positive effects on both children and their parents (family members) and educators.

Holistic Development Support
When children are out of their inner balance for an extended period, emotional and physical blockages can develop. Both doctors and educators often struggle to find solutions for the resulting physical or psychological symptoms. This is where the methods developed by Wei Ling Yi come into play. Through simple yet intense and highly effective body and consciousness exercises, as well as the creation of a harmonious energy field, the general well-being of children and adolescents improves. Program of the Zhi Neng Seminars
In these 4-5 day seminars, participants learn simple but highly effective methods and exercises, as well as how to build an energy field, to naturally strengthen their emotional balance, concentration, and learning ability. Their sense of human values such as gratitude, respect for themselves and others, as well as helpfulness and cooperation, is enhanced.
The simple, effective techniques taught in the seminar provide all family members with the tools to overcome negative emotions such as fear, nervousness, and frustration. With fun and play, children learn valuable lessons on harmonious cooperation with others and their family, and they develop a sense of belonging. In lectures, foundational knowledge of the YiXue teachings is conveyed. Wei Ling Yi refers to parents as the best teachers for their children. When parents and children attend the seminar together, the positive parent-child relationship is strengthened, and the family environment is harmonized.
