The Seminar
In a time of transformation, more and more people long for inner peace, clarity, and stability. Bai Tong Gong (“Bai Tong Lian Hua Gong”) is a foundational cultivation practice and movement form from the Great Lotus System, transmitted and further developed by Sifu Wei Ling Yi.
This practice has been distilled from traditional methods into its essence and adapted into a form that is simple yet profound. It offers people today a way to reconnect with their body, their energy, and their inner being.
Through gentle, structured movements, the body opens and relaxes, energy becomes harmonized, and one gradually returns to their own center:
* to the naturalness and openness of a child
* to the lightness and vitality of childlike joy
* to the purity and openness of the child’s heart
* to the authenticity and unconditioned nature of childlike being
As the inner world becomes simpler and clearer, many tensions and inner entanglements dissolve naturally. This seminar takes place at a special time. These days are not only about practice, but also about entering a shared space of connection and transmission.
The Practice
Senior student Lianyü will guide the practice series, including the form transmitted by Sifu Wei Ling Yi for the Year of the Horse, as well as classical movements from the early 18 forms of moving Gong, originally taught at the Qigong University in China.
In this way, participants can directly experience the roots of this path through body and energy. Through the practice of moving Gong, the body and energy open, blockages dissolve, and stability and strength arise within movement.
Senior student Wei Na will also share stories from the childhood of Sifu Wei Ling Yi—original experiences and impressions that are not merely memories, but a living transmission of his spirit. At the same time, she will guide us into an inner space of stillness, where we can directly experience how the mind settles in everyday life and how we can return to our center even amidst movement.
In this process, it becomes tangible how excessive thinking can dissolve, allowing clarity and stability to emerge. Step by step, this opens the possibility of returning to childlike joy, the child’s heart, and original authenticity—to a more natural and easeful way of being.
The interplay of movement and stillness makes these days a unique experience. Each day can become a moment of realignment—physically and inwardly—so that the path can be experienced in its entirety.
This Bai Tong Gong seminar carries particular significance in this time. The practice goes beyond the personal and becomes a shared carrying and continuation: carrying authenticity, carrying a teaching, and taking responsibility for continuing this path.
Following the seminar, we will gather on May 5 and 6 to honor and accompany Sifu Wei Ling Yi in a shared farewell. For those who feel an inner connection, this may be a moment to unite practice, gratitude, and inner alignment. In this special historical moment, when we feel inner trust and the wish to experience this path more deeply, everyone is warmly invited to participate in this Bai Tong Gong seminar.
